con-flate asked: I'm a nail biter too so i couldnt do it that way haha im just thinking of ideas! yeah i went to the place i got mine done at and got them to put it in and take it out, better to leave it to professionals hahaha, i think my body is rejecting mine now though :( hope you have better luck! x

con-flate asked: I had the exact same problem! its so small and difficult to get it out, you need someone with really long nails or something to do it haha mine ended up falling out though which was weird! x
sarahisforlovers asked: try holding the front of the piercing and pulling the back really hard if it's a stud, maybe use some plyers
romanized asked: I probably won't help, but I iced mine for a couple of minutes before I took mine out the first time. Also, how long have you had it? You're supposed to leave them in for several months before you change them, especially if it was pierced with a gun instead of a needle. Good luck x
